All Sales Final & Return Policy
● Final Sale: Because our packages are personally curated and mystery-based, all sales
are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
● Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase,
provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
● Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care to securely pack your orders. If your
item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we will work with you to make it right.
Shipping & Processing
● Processing Times: Orders are intuitively selected and securely shipped within 3 to 5
business days.
● Carrier Delays: Once an order is handed over to the postal carrier, Celestial Celene LLC is not responsible for transit delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or items damaged due to postal mishandling (though we will always do our best to help you resolve carrier issues).
