● Carrier & Transit Times: Once your order leaves our sanctuary and is handed over to 
the postal carrier, transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping 
service selected at checkout. 
● Lost or Delayed Packages: Celestial Celene LLC is not responsible for transit delays, 
lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or items delayed due to postal 
mishandling. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to 
us and we will do our best to help you navigate it with the carrier.
